Compassionately Priced Funeral and Cremations 

Regardless of which Finney Funeral Home location you will be using, we will ask you to please come to our main office in Clairton, 432 N. 6th Street, to make arrangements. Our casket and vault display room, as well as our selection of urns and flowers is located at this address. One of the things to consider is the date and time of which you’d like to have the funeral. Also, if possible, please have as much of the obituary information gathered to make things easier once you arrive. The funeral director will call you to discuss a time that is convenient for you.

When you come for the arrangement, please bring the following items with you to the funeral home:

Men – Suit, shirt, tie, belt, underwear, socks, shoes, pajamas, robe, and slippers. Please make sure any shirts, button-up or polo, have a high neck and long sleeves. This list is basically anything they would normally wear, and what you wish to have them laid out in.

Women – Dress, bra, panties, slip, hosiery, slippers, pajamas, night gown, shoes, robe, sweater, shawl, scarf, and wig (if necessary). Any clothing chosen must have a high neck and long sleeves.

We will also need a recent photograph, any cemetery deed, your church and clergy info, the social security of your loved one, veteran’s discharge papers, jewelry, eye glasses, obituary information, and insurance policies, and any financial information. We will also need any rosaries, bibles, or any other personal items you wish to have displayed. If your loved one wore a certain shade of lipstick or nail polish, we will need that too.

We will also need a deposit for cash advance items – these include, but are not limited to the obituary, copies of certified death certificates, the opening and closing of the grave, items for the funeral home, funeral home services, and merchandise chosen. Unless other arrangements are made, payment is expected in full on the date of arrangement.
