Viola Sheperd Obituary

Viola C. Sheperd, 96, of West Mifflin, passed away on Sunday September 21, 2014 at Southwestern Nursing Center. She was born on May 15, 1918 in Croyle, PA to the late Edward Louis and Anna Bella Paul Goughnour. She was the wife of the late Albert Sheperd. Viola is survived by a son, Richard Glen (Mary Ann) Sheperd of Perrineville, NJ. She is also survived by 2 grandchildren; Richard A. Sheperd, and Kelly A. (Chris) Riolo; great grandson, Ashton; and a niece, Shirley Adams of West Mifflin. Viola was a retired cafeteria maintenance worker in the West Mifflin Area School district for 20 years and a member of Lebanon Presbyterian Church. Arrangements, including a private viewing, have been entrusted to S.M. FINNEY FUNERAL HOME, INC., CLAIRTON, PA 15025. Private burial will take place at Lebanon Church Cemetery.
