Roxane Culley Obituary

Roxane Biddle Culley, 101, formerly of New Eagle and West Elizabeth, passed away at Lawson Nursing Home on Friday, April 26, 2019. She was born October 13, 1917, to the late Lawrence and Bessie Mae Mehrmann Biddle. Roxane is survived by many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Samuel Culley, brothers Lawrence Kermit, Charles Alonzo, and Nathaniel Clayton. Roxane worked as the head cook in the cafeteria of West Jefferson Hills High School, was a member of the Olivet United Presbyterian Church of West Elizabeth, and active in the Ladies Fellowship Class. Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, May 1, 2019 from 6pm – 8pm and Thursday 9am – 11am at E.C. FINNEY FUNERAL HOME, 235 Monongahela Ave, Glassport, PA 15045. A committal service will take place Thursday, May 2, 2019, 11:30am in Jefferson Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Olivet United Presbyterian Church of West Elizabeth, 726 4th St., West Elizabeth, PA. 15088.
