Michael D. Kalkbrenner

Michael D. Kalkbrenner, 47 of West Newton, formerly of Glassport, passed away on Monday, January 31st, 2022, at Washington Hospital. He was born in McKeesport on February 14th, 1974, to Julius M. and the late Janet (Daugherty) Kalkbrenner. He is survived by his son Larz (Alexandria) Kalkbrenner of Port Vue, his father Julius Kalkbrenner of West Newton, and his granddaughter Emerson. Further survivors include his sisters Karen (David) Grey of Indiana and Janice (Todd) Truitt of Clairton, as well as nieces and nephews. Michael was preceded in death by his mother Janet (Daugherty) Kalkbrenner and sister Michelle Kalkbrenner. He enjoyed listening to music, spending time with his cat Orangie, and spending time on the computer. Arrangements have been entrusted to E.C. FINNEY FUNERAL HOME, 235 Monongahela Ave, Glassport, PA 15045. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the funeral home to defray costs.
