Louise Ann (Yuhas) Rayer

Louise Ann “Wezey” Yuhas Rayer, 49 of Clairton, PA. passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday February 2, 2021 at Allegheny General Hospital of Pittsburgh, PA. She was born in Portsmouth, VA. to the late John J. Yuhas Jr. and Frances T. Nardone Yuhas. Louise was the loving wife of 27 years to Frank Rayer Jr. and a devoted mother to her son Frank Rayer III. 

She was a member of Wilson Presbyterian Church in Clairton, PA and Agora Cyber Charter School. She worked at Giant Eagle (Payday’s) as a cake decorator for many years. Wezey enjoyed crafting, yard sales, building puzzles, bingo, reading romance novels, baking and spending quality time with family. She was a caring person with a big heart, and loved by all who knew her. 

Wezey is survived by brother John J. Yuhas III of Greensville, S.C., sisters Cathy J. (Ray) Uhrin of Hummelstown, PA., Patricia F. Yuhas of Elizabeth, PA., April L. Sestito of Pleasant Hills, PA., Mary T. Yuhas of Elizabeth, PA., and Jerri L. Yuhas of Elizabeth, PA. Many nieces and nephews, Ashley (Keegen) Alcock, Sean (Ashley) Uhrin, Caitlin Uhrin, Sarah Yuhas, Kayla Yuhas, Krystal Sestito, Tyler Sestito, Michael (Nicole) Yuhas, Christopher (Jordan) Yuhas, Amanda Rayer, Kristina (Jeffrey) Miller, Chloé Rayer, Tommy Thornton, Leah Thornton, Emily Thornton, Vera Thornton and many great nieces and nephews. She also had many fur-babies whom she loved, Luke, Storm, Star, Dexter and Daisy. 

Louise is proceeded in death by niece Madisyn B. Yuhas and nephew Jeffrey H. Yuhas. 

Family and friends will be received on Friday February 5th, from 2-4pm and 6-8pm at S.M. FINNEY FUNERAL HOME, 432 N. 6th Street Clairton, PA 15025. A service will take place Saturday February 6th, 10 am at S.M. FINNEY FUNERAL HOME. Interment will be held at Round Hill Cemetery. Online condolences may be offered at www.finneyfuneralhome.com
