I. M. Finney Funeral Home, Inc. Dravosburg, PA 412 469-1800 Dateline: West Mifflin, PA PFORSICH Joan F. (Flicker) Pforsich, 74 died peacefully at her West Mifflinhome on Wednesday June 20, 2013. She was born Feb. 22, 1939 in McKeesport to the late Anthony & Gertrude (Flaherty) Flicker. Joan worked in the Metallurgical Department at USS Homestead Works and was past president of USWA-Homestead Works Local 3063 Office and Technical Workers Union. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George Pforsich; daughter, Vicki Bigrigg Norgord; brother, William Flicker and sisters, Caroline Gilmore, Shirley Kuzio, Jackie Lee and Sally Bryce. Survivors Include: Son in law: Douglas Norgord and his loving family of Madison, WI William Bigrigg Best friend: Beverly Petkanics, West Mifflin Also survived by nieces, nephews and too many close friends to mention. All funeral arrangements are private and a memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements handled by the I. M. Finney Funeral Home, Inc. 203 Fourth Street,Dravosburg, PA 15034.
