Jeffrey Scott Turpyn

Jeffrey Scott Turpyn, 58, of McKeesport, formerly of Monongahela passed away on Saturday, March 20th, 2021 at U.P.M.C. Presbyterian Hospital. He was born in Willingboro N.J. on November 12th, 1962 to the late Maurice R. and Ethel M. Turpyn. Jeffrey was the loving husband of 4 years to Dorothy M. Chamets Turpyn. He is survived by his wife Dorothy Turpyn of McKeesport, his son Kevin A. Turpyn of Wilmington N.C., daughters Madison E. Turpyn of Finleyville PA, Jordan E. Turpyn of Monongahela PA, sister Michelle Williams of West Newton, brother Greg S. (Veronica) Turpyn of Moorestown N.J., niece Tiffany A. Williams and great-niece Brooklynn Williams-Maszkiewicz. Jeffrey joined the Navy in 1983 and served for four years. He worked as a home inspector for the Home Team Inspection Service in Bethel Park doing HVAC. He graduated from John K Ossi Vo-tech from Medford, N.J. He enjoyed watching the Steelers, Penguins, and Nascar, working on jeeps, and spending time with his family. Family and friends will be received on Tuesday, March 30th, 2021 from 6pm-8pm with a service starting at 8pm at I.M FINNEY FUNERAL HOME, 203 4th St, Dravosburg, PA 15034. Inurnment will follow at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies at later date. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Finney Funeral Home to defray costs.
