Jacob James, “Jake” Church, 29, passed away on Friday July 28th, 2023. He was born in Mt Lebanon on December 24th, 1993 to his late father Thomas F. Church and his mother Caroline O’Connor Church. He is survived by his mother Caroline Church, his twin sister Jordan Church, as well his favorite dog Jac. Jacob was preceded in death by his father Thomas Church. Jacob worked as a Sr. Logistics Coordinator for Pittsburgh Logistics Services. He enjoyed spending his free time playing golf and was a loyal avid Pittsburgh sports fan. Arrangements have been entrusted to S.M. FINNEY FUNERAL HOME, 432 N. 6th St, Clairton, PA 15025. A celebration of life service will take place at a later date.
