Ethel Pearl (Bittinger) Memmo

Ethel “Na Na” Pearl (Bittinger) Memmo, 78 of Clairton, passed away on Saturday, November 27, 2021, at Southwestern Nursing Home. She was born in Uniontown on June 13, 1943, to the late Jacob and Columbia (Hoover) Bittinger. Ethel was the loving wife to the late Fiorey Memmo. She is survived by her daughter Mary Celeste Broker, as well as sons Bryan Lilley and John Lockhart, all of Clairton. She is further survived by her sister Arlene Sprowls of South Carolina, and grandchildren Erika Lilley, Michael (Rachael) Lilley, Mathew Lockhart, and Anastasia Seman, as well as many great and great-great nieces and nephews. Ethel was preceded in death by her daughter Theresa Seman. She was further preceded in death by her sisters Audrey and Catherine, her twin brother Jake, and brothers Lawrence, Roy, Burl, Freeman, Stanley, Edwin, and Arnold. She enjoyed being the owner of Memmo’s, her beloved bar. Arrangements have been entrusted to S.M. FINNEY FUNERAL HOME, 432 N. 6th St, Clairton, PA 15025. Inurnment will occur privately at a later date. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the funeral home to defray costs.
