Agnes C. Rushe

Agnes C. Rushe, 102, of Glassport, passed away at home on Wednesday, July 24, 2018. She was born in Birmingham, AL on January 13, 1916 to the late Robert and Bertha Veitch Tachoir. Agnes was the loving wife of the late William L. Rushe. She is survived by daughters, JoAnn Rushe, Ruth Rushe, and Agnes Barrett all of Glassport; sons, Robert (Lori) Rushe of Duquesne, Ralph Rushe of New Baltimore, MI; sister, Frances Shultz of Duquesne; 11 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Along with her parents and husband, Agnes was preceded in death by sons, Tommy, Terry & Bill Rushe; and siblings, Robert, Leo, Tom, Jack, Pat, Joe, Forest Tachoir, Catherine Odoski, & Lois White. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 Saint Jude Pl., Memphis, TN 38105 Visitation will take place on Thursday, July 26, 2018 from 4 – 8 pm at E. C. FINNEY FUNERAL HOME, 235 Monongahela Avenue, Glassport, PA 15045. A mass will take place on Friday, July 27, 2018 at Queen of The Rosary Parish, Glassport, PA at 10:00 am, followed by interment at St. Joseph’s Cemetery & Mausoleum, 1443 Lincoln Highway, North Versailles, PA 15137.
