Keith Edward Smith Obituary

Keith Edward Smith, 52, of Dravosburg, died Monday, April 20, 2009, in UPMC Presbyterian. He was born January 21, 1957, in McKeesport, to Keith A. and Twila L. Sample Smith. Mr. Smith was an inventory specialist for RGIS and was a U.S. Army veteran. He was a member of First Evangelical Free Church in McKeesport and volunteered for various organizations including the Center for Organ Recovery and Education (CORE). Keith was dearly loved by his family and will be sadly missed. He is survived by his parents Keith A. and Twila L. Sample Smith of Dravosburg; wife Irene "Chele" Martin Smith of Dravosburg; children Jeremy J. (Tami) Smith of Dravosburg, Misty (Dennis) Robinson of McKeesport and Cassandra J. (Patrick Ulm) Smith of Dravosburg; sisters Twila (Wayen) Neyman of Dravosburg and Donna (Doug) Vines of Dravosburg; seven grandchildren; nieces, nephews and his beloved dog Carly. The family will receive friends Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the I.M. Finney Funeral Home, 203 Fourth St., Dravosburg. Funeral Services will be Friday, April 24, 2009, at 11 a.m. from the funeral home with the Rev. Dorothy McDormand officiating. Private interment will follow in Richland Cemetery, Dravosburg.
