Charles Herford Obituary

Charles W. Herford, 90 of McMurray, PA, formerly of Acme, PA, Mt. Oliver, and South-Side, Pittsburgh, where he was born and raised, passed away peacefully on, Tuesday, September 17th, 2019 at McMurray Hills Manor. He was born in Pittsburgh, on October 11th 1928, to the late Charles and Mary Hannis Herford. Charles was the loving husband of 36 years to the late Marjorie Koszakovszky Herford. He is survived by his sons, Daniel (Ann) Herford, of Colorado Springs, and David (Barbara) Herford, of McMurray, grandchildren, Danielle, Jackson, and Brooke, and great-grandchild, Ayanie. Charles was preceded in death by one brother, and three sisters. He was employed by Levinson Steel in Pittsburgh, and served in the United States Army and Navy.
