Timothy O'Shea Fite

Timothy “Timi” O’Shea Fite, 49, of Glassport, passed away at UPMC McKeesport on Thursday, March 24, 2016. He was born in McKeesport on June 22, 1966 to the late Thomas King and Yvonne Waugaman. Along with his mother, Tim is survived by father, Charles Fite; loving companion Joyce Scheidter; children, Timothy (Amanda) Fite of Glassport, Tara (Danny) Fite of Glassport, Taylor Fite of Glassport, Derek Betchy of McKees Rocks, Joseph Zapf of Glassport, Rebecca Tucker of McKeesport; grandchildren, Jasmine, Jaiden, Carly; siblings, Donald (Darcel) Fite Sr. of Glassport, Aaron (Amanda) King of Lincoln, Joseph (Stacey) Salzmann of Liberty Boro, Charlene Fite of McKeesport, Sherri (Dennis) Katona of Hermine, Charlotte Waugaman of Pitcairn, Sherry (Benjamin) McCaulley of Virginia; many nieces, nephews and great nieces & nephews; and ex-wife Mindi Fite. Along with Thomas King, Tim was preceded in death by Robert (Pops) Waugaman; and father-in-law Thomas Scheidter. Tim loved his family, enjoyed hunting, fishing, music, was an avid motorcyclist and loved dogs. In lieu of flowers, the family suggest memorial contributions be made to the funeral home to help defray funeral costs. Family and Friends will be received on Monday, March 28, 2016 from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 pm at E C FINNEY FUNERAL HOME, 235 Monongahela Avenue, Glassport, PA 15045. Service will take place at the funeral home at 8:00 pm following the viewing presided by Robert Fagin.
