Sophie Fuccaro Obituary

Sophie Mary (Vojtash) Fuccaro, 93, of Jefferson Hills passed away Friday May 2, 2014 in Jefferson Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Remo Fuccaro. She was born February 2, 1921 to the late Jacob Vojtash and Veronica (Lorko) Vojtash. Sophie is survived by two sons; Ronald (Sandra) Fuccaro, Surfside Beach S.C. Anthony Fucarro, Jefferson Hills; Grandson Wayne (Karie) Fussaro, Surfside Beach S.C.; Three great-grandchildren, Jacob, Nicholas and Elizabeth: Brother in-law, Raymond Wolowig: Special niece, Gladys Golling, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was a member of St. Paulinus and St. Clare of Assisi. She was preceded in death by four sisters; Mary Vojtash, Veronica Payer, Betty Pietzak, Agnes Wolowicz, Four brothers; Andrew, Jacob, Samuel, and Valentine Vojtash. She will be missed by all Visitation will be held Monday, May 5, 2014 from 2 to 4pm and 7 to 9pm at the S.M Finney Funeral Home 432 N 6th Street Clairton PA 15025. Service will be Tuesday, May 6 at 10 AM at Holy Spirit R.C W. Mifflin with Father John Lendvai officiating. Interment will follow at Jefferson Memorial Park.
