Rodney Albert "Mac" McIntosh, 71, of Dravosburg, formerly Jefferson Hills, passed away Tuesday, July 19, 2016, at Jefferson Regional Medical Center. He was born April 20, 1945, in McKeesport, to the late James and Alice Arkwell McIntosh. Rodney is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Shirley A. Brooks McIntosh; stepdaughter, Sherri Stinnet, of Salem, Ore.; nieces, Jamie, Heather, Brittany, Nancy and Beth Ann; brother, Douglas (Sue) McIntosh, of Beeville Texas; and many cousins and his dog, Morgan. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by brother, Timothy McIntosh. Rodney was a police officer in Pleasant Hills and was a member of Pennsylvania Army Reserve National Guard. He enjoyed motorcycles, leather and wood work and home remodeling. He moved to Arizona where he was a fireman, paramedic, school bus driver and construction worker. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to Mainstay Life Services, 200 Roessler Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15220.
