Keith R. Matesig

Kieth R. Matesig Sr., 62, of Glassport, passed away at home on Sunday, Nov. 16, 2014. He was born Jan. 20, 1952, in McKeesport, to the late Russell L. and Lorraine Kundman Matesig. Kieth was the loving husband of Elena "Elly" Donofrio Matesig. He is survived by daughter, Stephany Durosko, of Glassport, and son, Kieth R. Matesig Jr., of Smithton. Kieth is also survived by brothers, Wayne (Clara) Matesig, of Reading, Gary (Lillie) Matesig, of Florida, Frank (Toni) Matesig, of McKeesport, and Russell (Ethelda) Matesig Jr., of McKeesport, and sister, Linda Matesig, of Port Vue. He is also survived by nephews, Wayne Matesig Jr., Mark Matesig, Big Jim Matesig, Frankie Matesig Jr. and Donnie Matesig, and great-nieces and great-nephews. Kieth graduated from McKeesport High School in 1971, owned and operated K&M Painting and was a member of the Sons of the American Legion Post 380 in Dravosburg. Family and friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2014, and from noon until the time of a service at 4 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 20, 2014, at I.M. FINNEY FUNERAL HOME, 203 Fourth St., Dravosburg, PA 15034, presided by Pastor Bruce Mounts, followed by a gathering at the Dravosburg American Legion. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Forbes Hospice, 2570 Haymaker Road, Monroeville, PA 15146
